Attorney Cristina Pietri graduated with honors from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras campus obtaining a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Social Sciences and Social Work. Right after graduating from college, Cristina Pietri attended the prestigious University of Puerto Rico School of Law. During her time in law school, she became very interested in Criminal Law and as such, was part of a Pro Bono Clinic on her senior year of law school, when she successfully represented in court underprivileged population accused of Felony and Misdemeanor crimes. After graduating from law school in and passing the Bar Exam with one of the highest scores, Attorney Pietri started her private practice where she continued to gain experience in Criminal Law, and also worked many Family Law cases, Tort Law, Corporate Law, Probate Law, Real Estate Law amongst many other Civil litigation cases. In 2018, Attorney Pietri joined a prestigious law firm which focused on disaster recovery claims against insurance companies. While working there, Cristina Pietri was the attorney of record of hundreds of active cases in Court that were policy holders were demanding insurance companies to pay for extensive damages their residential properties suffered as a direct result of the devastating hurricane Maria, and later continued the same practice in another renowned law firm that focused on the same cases.
