A 2nd Probation Violation in PA Resolved

I have a friend (lady) that was on Probation in Bucks County whom had committed their second violation of probation along with obtaining a new misdemeanor charge from a local township in New Jersey. She was locked up in New Jersey, due to the Bench Warrant, and was waiting for extradition to PA. I randomly went on line and checked for attorneys in PA whom I could make inquiry with about the situation and after talking with LLF Law Firm, along with others. I conferred with my friend via telephone and we decided that she definitely needed to have an attorney. I also live in New Jersey, so I had to decide on an attorney to represent her with the Bucks County court process. I made several calls and email inquiries with various attorneys in the PA area. After having a few conversations and email inquiries with LLF Law Firm, along with doing my homework, I decided to hire LLF Law Firm to represent her.. Please understand that all communications with LLF Law Firm were through myself via telephone and email as the result of the acquaintance being locked up in New Jersey. My friend was fully aware of the process since we spoke everyday via telephone. LLF Law FIrm contacted the DA and Probation Officers of Bucks County PA to begin negotiations for her release. They communicated me the final resolution, which I explained to my friend, and relayed to them that this was acceptable. The deal was complete. My friend was transferred to Bucks County and appeared in court a few days later. When court began, my friend was approached by the prosecution of a deal, which included 90 days incarcerated. She immediately told them that she was represented by an attorney and she would not accept their offer. She told them that her attorney had negotiated a deal with their offices and that was not part of the agreement. They immediately went back to their offices and validated that there was a deal already agreed upon. As a result, my friend was released the next day once they validated her address in New Jersey. We both were extremely happy and thankful to LLF Law Firm for their professional help. They returned all calls and emails quickly. I would hire LLF Law Firm  for further problems that are encountered in the future.
